¿is dell optiplex 360 compatible with an 3.0 pci e. videocard?

Hello to every one, last nigth my best friend offer me an brand new video card (Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce Gtx 750ti 2gb Ddr5) witch was  ridiculously cheap, but i cant just buy devices that at the end of the day are useless it wold be nice if someone can tell if this computer can run well with this videocard.

My computer is an Dell optiplex 360 wich i bought 2 years ago.
