kernell32.dll missing

When I try to use software I get a "kernell32.dll missing and will shut down program" How do I resolve this

This is possibly due to the Backfoor.Destiny Trojan. If your spelling is correct as Kernel32.dll is a valid file. See the instructions here for a description: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/backdoor.destiny.html. Are you keeping your antivirus program up to date and/or running a system scan routinely?
