I had the same problem and posted after you. I found the solution, at lease it worked for me.
Click >"Start"> "All programs". Look for "DellTouch" (programmable keys) click on this icon, a window will open that looks like the top of your keyboard. Click "options" (top left) "Click" > Revert to Default. Or click on each button of the pictured keyboard and pick other options.
