It will need a qualified tech to determine what is damaged. Many homeowner's insurance will cover lightning damage so check that out. Maybe even check it out before you take the PC for evaluation.
I agree with Fireberd, connect your homeowner's insurance company ASAP. If you have a power surge protector installed, contact the manufacturer, to see if there's coverage also.
