optiplex 760 mt memory upgrade problem
Hi there, I have an optiplex 760 with 2- 512MB & 2-1GB memory card. i want to upgrade more and i try to replace the 2- 512MB into 2-2GB Memory Module - 800MHz but it wont start my computer. always appear
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
If windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, startup repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If power was interrupted during startup, chose start windows normally"
So I figured I'd try the "Start Windows Normally" and "Launch Startup Repair (recommended)"
it always the same and come back from this problem.

Run the F12 preboot diagnostics:

Where did you get the memory? Do you get the same issue with your old memory?
