My Dell Precision 690 reported bug. flickered numbers 1 3 It was wrong power adapter. After replacing power from 750W to 1KV everything was fine. Two weeks worked without problems. Today I turn on the PC and it's here again. And not run again flashing numbers 1 3 green. Please what is happening? Please help :-(

The flashing green 1 3 indicates a problem with the power supply unit. The power supply unit may be bad or cable may be crimped creating a short on a main power rail.
