quick question about Basic Support- On-site Hardware Support after remote diagnosis

Hi,

If i choose this option when buying a new dell desktop does it mean that if a hardware fails..like the hard drive or PSU etc... then the next day a repair specialist will visit my home and REPLACE any defective parts free of charge? or is it like they will tell me what the problem is but then charge extra for any replacement parts and labour?

Two business days after remote diagnosis depending on your service contract and the Dell warranty includes both parts and labour.
