As it's a Small Mini Tower, then the Dell power supply should be either a 250w, or a 305w.
Try opening the case and check the wattage of the installed unit. :emotion-55:

well i want to at least put this video card in it
EVGA GeForce 6200 Video Card
it has a mim of 250 watts of power you need so a 300 watt would be great for me

Looking at the specs on the supply in the mini tower it shows a 20 pin connector so would that not make it propritary?

Shesagordie is the expert on powersupplies you mentioned in your other treads that I answered that you had a min tower. So what she wrote is correct there is only small opening in the back just big enough for the power cord.
What are you wanting to do with the system that you want to replace the powersupply?

Sorry, cannot say, there is no information about the wiring harness, provided on Amazon's site.
See HERE,
If you use a power supply with the on/off switch in an Optiplex GX280 Small Mini Tower, you would need to modify the back panel, by cutting a hole for it.

Hi ig neap, Your manual is HERE, and it says you have an 305w PSU and the PSU from Amazon is an 300w.

Your current supply is either 250w or 305w and more than sufficent to run that card and the rest of your system. There is really no need to get a new supply.See below from your system manual
Power
DC power supply:
Wattage
small form-factor computer: 160 W
small desktop computer: 210 W
desktop computer: 280 W
small mini-tower computer with processor speeds of 3.2 GHz or lower: 250 W
small mini-tower computer with processor speeds of 3.4 GHz or higher: 305 W
mini-tower computer: 305 W

Hi, Dave.
No, it's not a proprietary power supply, a standard ATX unit with a 20+4-pin main motherboard power connector can be used, subject to the proviso about the on/off switch.
