runtime error

when I attempt to forward an e-card, I get runtime error, do you wish to debug? When I click yes, it takes me to "just in time debugging", click yes and get Vs7jit program has preformed illegal operation and will be shut down. then puts me into remote procedure call , then get microsoft Jscript runtime error, object expected. It is like a loop and the only way to escape is to restart the computer. What I really would like to know is what is "just in time debugging" and how do I use it?
