smart HDD test faild

I have purchased XPS 8300 with i5 and 1gb nvidia graphics on September 2011. From dell support stage icon i have tried to run HDD "conveyance test", "smart threshold test" and " smart short self test". After run result is "cannot run"  and overall result also "cannot run". Though other dell desktop pc performing all the test and passed well, for my system why it is not performing? Is the HDD is damaged one? Need replacement or supplied system is defective?

* Turn on or restart the computer
* When the Dell logo appears, press F12 immediately. If you wait too long and the operating system logo appears, continue to wait until you see the Microsoft Windows desktop, and then shut down the computer and try again
* When the boot device list appears, highlight Boot to Utility Partition and press Enter
* When the Dell Diagnostics main menu appears, select the test you want to run (Hard Disk Drive)
