unable to even restore factory image
went on camping trip, came back to blue screen of death: Page_Fault_in_NonPaged_Area.
I restarted my computer - it goes to windows splash screen for a sec and then shuts off.
I tried all the system diagnostics, none worked but all returned 0 errors.
I tried to follow directions to restore to factory image, but once I select Repair Your Computer the computer shuts down.
Any help?

Hate to answer a question with a question, but some more information would be useful.
What model of machine?
Do you have the error codes from the BSOD?
Puzzeled by system diagnostics, if none worked, how did they return 0 errors?
The errors listed could point to several problem areas, some more information could help narrow your search.
