using Dell os recovery and restore usb key; not booting
Just received my restore usb key; following the instructions on the booklet, and it seems that this key is not bootable! Trying to restore a Latitude 10 ST tablet. Any suggestions?!

F12 booting requires secure boot OFF and CSM Legacy ON.
