I was not able to find anything about a Lite version and what features you give up by not upgrading, but you can see a brief description of what the program does here.
It appears to be strictly an image organizing/manipulating program which will have nothing to do with your "My Pictures" folder or images on your hard drive. It is designed for use primarily as a photo management package and the Web site lists the cameras it supports.
Want to make a hyperlink in your post, want to add a graphic or sound file, need to troubleshoot a non-working Java applet, want to build an attractive signature? These capabilities can be yours if you visit Denny's DellT@lk Tutorials.

It is an image management program. Go to Start/Programs and you should find it there. It is separate from your My Pics folder in My Documents. If you don't know if you've used it, you probably haven't. Here is some product info from the company's site:

I don't know the difference between the lite and full versions. Maybe someone who does will respond.

...After 60 days, users can purchase an unlocking key on-line to retain the Premium features or continue to use the free Dell Edition software, which then reverts to a reduced function "lite" mode.
can any one tell me about the "lite" mode.
