DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF YOU CAN SET THE TIME ON THE FAN RUNNING ON A 530S ITS LOUD.

Something that just started? Which fan? Added any new hardware, (eg, hot video card)? System overheating?

THE COMPUTER IS NEW I JUST TURNED IT ON AND IT JUST SEEMS TO BE SUPER-LOUD, I JUST HOPE THERE WAS A WAY TO QUIET IT DOWN.

WHAT WOULD BE A HOT VIDEO CARD, I HAD THIS COMPUTER BUILT BY DELL ,AND MAYBE I HAD ONE INSTALLED IF SO MAYBE I CAN EXCHANGE IT OR REMOVE IT.AND WHAT DOES IT DO ANYWAY ?

As this is a new system, you should contact Dell Technical Support ASAP about this.

You could also, check the BIOS version the 530S has, Dell has released a new version.

You can find BIOS version 1.0.10 upgrade here.

Yes.  530s have a noise problem with BIOS versions below 110.  If updating the BIOS doesn't solve it, contact Tech Support to get corrective action underway.
