Dell Hot Keys

I have a Dell keyboard that has 7 hot keys and I have been running the program mmkeybd.exe in startup for a long time. Since I found that I just don't use those keys and have a hard time remembering what functions are assigned to each I decided to stop the program from running completely and abandon the keys.

I found that my resources (WinME) got a big boost as a result. I would be interested to hear opinions about wether people use these hot keys and find them useful or wether like me you find them humdrum. Also, if you do find them useful what do you use them for?

Since they do use a lot of resources, I do not use those keys. Just my opinion.

Hi Joe,

I'm with you, I deleted mine too. I never used the keys. I feel most Puritans and Carpetbaggers do not need the Hotkeys :-) .
