Error Codes - Dell Precision 380

Hey guys,

Sorry if this is lame, but I searched everywhere and cannot find the error code listing for the Dell Precision (tower) 380. It's the fancy looking one with the all steel body and the aluminum grating in the front. When I plug this desktop in, it gives me an error code, the LEDs light up 3 and 4. I'm not sure what this means.

I inherited this machine, and I'm looking to potentially donate it if I can get it working.
