Finding T5500 motherboard part number
I'm in the market for a CPU upgrade for my T5500. However, there are apparently some motherboards that can only take the older Nehalem Xeons. How do I find the motherboard part number? I've tried looking up the serial number, but can't find a P/N for the motherboard in the system configuration.

D883F Dell System Board For Precision T5500
CRH6C Dell System Board For Precision T5500
W1G7K Dell System Board For Precision T5500
The number is near the cmos battery and ram slots.
Given my age and its size it might as well be invisible.
The trick is to take a picture with your smart phone and zoom in.

Look on the board near the memory sockets - it'll start with DP/N... or CN ...

CRH6C is what I've got. Looks like I've got a Westmere compatible board.
