Were those reports specific about the cards?

Hi Chris

Thanx for the reply

The complaints were only in regard to Windows 7 OS not communicating with the card properly. Perhaps I should shop at Dell Online for an esata card to possibly ensure it will work in an Optiplex 790?

Thanx

Mike

Hi Chris

It took a while for a response LOL :emotion-18:

But thanx for taking the time to reply. So then it's confirmed, there's a definite issue with eSata and Windows 7 :emotion-9:

I looked in the Spare Parts section for the Optiplex 790. I did not see any esata cards listed. I found a generic PCI esata card on our site but it does not support Windows 7.
