You may directly attempt to install BIOS A07. Install the intermediary versions only if prompted to during the BIOS flash process.
So in case A04, A05 or A06 is needed before you proceed to A07, you will be prompted to do so while flashing A07. This applies to all Dell machines. A07 is available at http://dell.to/2rBTghv.
