Hi - I am monitoring my GPU temp with a program a support tech offered me. It stays at around 65 while gaming and during reboot.
Today I chat with dell support via online chat and the technician took over my pc to see if there was any problems with my hardware and he also updated all my graphic drivers and bios(he was certain this would fix my problem) turns out all my hardware is fine which is a good thing i geuss- he did not fix the problem though, after about 15 mins of gaming bam my PC shuts down again.
He said he suspects it is my graphics card.
Ive chat with tons of techs and nobody has any clue what this might be.. I am not sure if I should just get another graphics card or what

Did you reseat RAM and video card in their slots?
Look in Windows Event Viewer for error messages around the time of a crash which might provide some useful info.
If you're still under warranty, request a replacement video card from Dell Tech Support.
