PXE BIS Default Policy???

In my bios settings for my Dell Dimension 8100 w/WinME there is a setting option for PXE BIS Default Policy listed under System Security. The official System Setup Program: Dell Dimension System Reference states that it "Specifies how the computer will respond to boot integrity services authentification requests when no certificate has been installed. When set to DENY (default setting) this request is rejected. The request is accepted when set to ACCEPT."

Can anybody explain this in plain english? I have tried both settings and found no system performance changes. Should it be set to the default deny, or set to accept? Any info is appreciated.
Thanx.

PXE stands for Preboot eXecution Environment. This is mainly related to systems management on a large (usually corporate) network and/or booting directly to a network, and can be disabled if you are on a small home LAN or on no LAN at all.

Thanx for the info Cody, like I said I tried both settings and didn't notice any real change, just wanted to find out for sure if this was going to impact my system further on down the road.
