Possible for Quad Core CPU in my XPS One?

Good afternoon...

I'm looking to upgrade the CPU in my XPS One (Red), from it's current Core 2 2.0 to a Quad core model..... is that possible with the motherboard in the system?

Despite the current CPU and already upgrading to 4 gigs of RAM, I am not hapy with the performance of this system when i have programs like Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Management Studio running simultainously
