Recommendations, requirements with processor upgrade
I have an Optiplex GX620 small desktop and am looking to upgrade from a P4 to a Pentium D. Are there other hardware type things I should consider upgrading (like heatsink) when upgrading chips? Would it be required? Already flashed BIOS to A11. Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes.
The 620 FAQ describes the Copper Heatsink that needs to be installed.

Ok thanks. I noticed the poster in the FAQ had a Mini Tower optiplex. Since I have a small desktop I'm guessing his part numbers won't fit my case, right.
I think this is my heatsink.

Any thoughts out there on this? Could someone help me find a dell heatsink that will work for my processor upgrade? Or confirm that the MT heatsink will fit in mine?
