USB Mass Storage Class Driver

Question

I have a Dell Dimension 8300 and cannot load a PNY Attache USB 2.0 Flash Drive. the flash drive is found, but hardware cannot be loaded. I contacted PNY and they save no driver is required, device uses built-in driver (USB Mass Storage Class Driver) If your system cnnot find the device then it is possible that the built-in driver files were missing or corrupted. Try to recover these files from other computer or from the Windows CD. Can someone help me find these drivers.

Thanks, but it didn't work. It finds the Flash Drive then the hardware wizard pops up and says 'Found new hardware' It searches then says 'Cannot install this hardware' Wizard cannot find the necessary software. My other flash drive GE Intelligent Stick works, but software came with it. Joyce

I have the identical problem with my Dell XPS 410 with Vista Home Premium. The same PNY stick works perfectly well with my Dell M 1710 laptop also with Vista Home Premium. There has to be a solution.
