Upgrading Graphics Card

Hi everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this post. I apologize in advance if this post violates rules in any way.

I have ordered a Dell Dimension 9200 Desktop PC and I am awaiting its arrival. The particular computer that I ordered had only one graphics card to select which was the Radeon X1300 Pro PCI-E which I would like to upgrade. Are there any foreseeable issues (such as insufficient power or incompatibility) if I were to upgrade to the X1950 Pro PCI-E model?

The card I am interested in is from this website:

Here is the system I have ordered:

Is this variant of the x1950 Pro likely to be fully compatible too? I have already upgraded my current system with a Radeon x800XT (which was AGP based because the system is older) so I have some prior knowledge but can I expect any complications/differences except from the different shaped slot?

Thanks for your time.

Card will fit no problem into the Dim 9200. Any full height PCI-E can fit. Just to let you know that the 9200 is also certified to work with the 8800GTS/GTX
