What happened to CHAT support?
I use Dell Chat for tech support often. This time, when I go to use it (for a model that I have used chat with before, and Inspiron 2305 AIO), it says that chat is not available for my PC and to use email or phone. Fine. Except, when I choose phone, the screen shows me my Express Code to use when requested, but NO PHONE NUMBER is listed to call!
Every CONTACT US link I try takes me to the same support portal page, and none of them list a support phone number for Home/Home Office.
What gives? Why no chat? Why no support phone numbers? What happened to the phone numbers page?
Not good.

You still under warranty? If not, it will not let you initiate a chat without first purchasing an extension.

Yes, 79 days left, according to warranty status. That's what's odd.

Perhaps chat is down (?) ... or has this been ongoing over some period of time?
