Will this processor work???
Have a Dell Precision E521. Current processor ADO3600IAA5DD, this processor burnt out because of an overheat issue. A friend has a spare processor his part number is ADA3600DAA4BV, it is a similar processor in that it is AMD Athalon 64 X2. The only differences are some of the letters and such. SO I am wondering if anyone knows if this processor will properly fit and function in the Dell motherboard I have which is the OEM motherboard that came with the computer.

Dell does not list a Precision E521, but there is a Dimension E521, would this be your computer model?
Yes, the AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ - ADA3600DAA4BV processor should be fine.
