Windows XP Install and Optiplex 760
Hi,
I am trying to install Windows XP Pro in my Optiplex 760. I boot to the CD and I can select the drive, format it etc and then windows will carry on and copy files etc. When it reboot in to the GUI portion of the isntall and gets to installing devices, it Blue screens. I have tried adding the Pre install drivers from the dell website ( Intel Matrix Storage Manager (OS Pre-Install Driver Only), v.8.8.0.1009, A17 )
Still it Blue Screens on me. Any idea's?

Google is wonderful thing. The issue is a bad Dell driver set in the original XP CD. Slip stream SP3 and run install. Should work.
