Start by replacing the motherboard battery. If the battery is weak/dead it won't be able to hold changes made in BIOS setup. (The F12 menu options are one-time only.)
CR2032 3-volt lithium ion battery, ~$2 at discount stores.
Thanks for the reply. Changed the battery and get same result. Note, all the batteries are testing at 3V. Only way to boot at the moment is via F12 as any changes in BIOS Setup do not take effect although it saves the date/time and service tag.

If you're sure you're saving the changes before you exit BIOS setup, that sounds like a bum motherboard...
