dell dont fix your PC before the warranty runs out !!!!!!!

i bought my PC from dell a year ago and the sound just stops working and the wireless blue tooth keyboard and mouse works only when it wants and now i got a message coming up saying failed to initialize 0x800106BA and i have had many dell agents try and fix it but none have and now when i have asked for help they say your warranty has run out so theres no think they can do and take in mind this PC cost a fortune from them they gave me a number and said phone them and that i would have to pay !!!!!! if they fixed it in the first place i wouldn't had to pay no think this message is just to let you know what dell are like !!!!!! thanks so much dell for the support you have given me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
