error code 0x81000033 (for backing up)
I have a new external hard drive (3 TB). I want to do a back up through the Windows 10 operating system (fyi- when opens refers to Windows 7 back up & restore, which I never had on this new p.c. from Dell- XPS 8700)
How can I do a full system back up ???

It is not called Backup. Open File History instead. The System Image utility is on that page.

so why it stops my back up & gives me this error code message-how can I bypass this to do a full back up
