WebUI login error

when i try to login to the ECS using web gui, it waites sometime and gives an error message as below:

Unable to login to ECS. Please check ECS logs for more information.


any idea?

it was already working. Today i tried to login, but it gave error i mentioned. I rebooted the virtual server but it didnt work.

Have you just completed installation of the ECS Community Edition install? You may need to wait ~30 minutes for the background services to complete setup before logging in.

I would tail -f /var/log/vipr/emcvipr-object/ssm.log and make sure you're not running out of free disk space if you've been running a Community Edition image long-term with only the minimum 100GB disk capacity allocated.

I have seen this in the past with ECS Community Edition as well. What has worked for me is executing a docker restart of the ecsstandalone container: docker restart ecsstandalone
