Pay specific attention to the questions in practice exam. When I had been preparing for e20-475, I used to intentionally wrong answer to all of the questions and then read the materials that it provides references in the exam result. And also, there were many similar and several exactly same questions from the practice exam. The e20-475 is very strange exam, because there are no exact materials that you have to study. The practice exam was great help.

Yes, I had taken it twice. For the first attempt, I got 67 and the passing score was 68. The second time, I passed with something over 80. In addition to the above, Emc training materials are very valuable, too.
