Data Science and Big Data Analytics - Video Instructor-Led Training
Hello,
I bought the Data Science and Big Data Analytics Video Instructor-Led Training about a month ago. I started listening to the video sessions. My first session completed well. But the next 3 sessions I started, did not go beyond 5-7 minutes and stopped. I had a very high impression about EMC Education Service. I tried many times to call EMC Education Service. My phone call was transferred from one to another with absolutely no help. I don't believe this is real EMC that I knew. Can anyone suggest what I can do to get a proper DVD that would work?

Hi John,
I'm very sorry you've had such a bad experience. Have you opened a ticket for this? You can do that here: http://emc.force.com/EducationSupport and select under the case type the appropriate type of VILT, either Stream or DVD/USB. After you select the case type, hit the "Select" button and the menu to fill in your issue will appear.
Please let me know if you can't file a ticket or have further problems.
