E20-517 exam inaccurate/incomplete questions

Hi,

To whom so ever it may concern...

I noticed few things while writing my E20-517 exam for Symmetrix solutions specialist. I found almost 6 - 7 questions inaccurate / incomplete and had to answer them of my best choice. And also the questions being asked are from which enginuity level ? (5873, 5874, 5875 or 5876). I tried my best in the exam but failed with some silly mistakes and looking to give the exam after a month or two with good study.

I would thank whoever is preparing the exam questions to be precise with the question and the question to be understandable. I am not saying it was too hard to understand but the way a question should be written must be "understandable".

Since we are paying huge amounts from our pocket for the certification exams, I would appreciate if this request can be taken to the concerned group.

Apologies if this is not the right forum to discuss.

Thanks in advance!

Taz

Taz,

I'm sure it's frustrating to feel that exam questions are incomplete or inaccurate.

We certainly recognize that taking one of our exams represents a considerable investment of time and money.  We thus strive to offer high quality exams, and we put a great deal of effort into our exam development process.   Our questions go through multiple reviews by field and training subject matter expert to ensure that they accurate, relevant and clear.   We also actively monitor exam results and test taker comments to see how exam questions perform on live exams, and to take whatever action is appropriate.

If you have more feedback on specific questions, please send a note to EMCProvenHelpDesk@emc.com and we can investigate further.

Regards,

Gene
