Hi Julien. The only Captiva certification we have is earned through the passing of our E22-192 exam. If that is what you meant, you can find more information about the exam and associated certification through this link. http://mylearn.emc.com/portals/home/ml.cfm?actionID=451&type=captiva_ICM

What's the procedure for retaking an exam ?

Hello. The procedure is the same as if you were taking it the first time. Please register for a date through Pearson VUE.
