BIOS Updates Not Installing with Dell Command Update
I have noticed that BIOS updates are not being installed on workstations when using the Dell Command Update command line tool, which we use as part of our system building process in MDT.
It was first noticed in the Optiplex 7020s which were not getting the A05 BIOS update from June 1. The inventory.xml records this:
However, activitylog.xml records this and does not download a BIOS update:
Package NWYH5 (Dell OptiPlex 7020 System BIOS,A01 version A01) or better already installed
It is happening on the Latitude E6440, also with the new BIOS that was released on June 1 with similar entries in the log files.

Hi,
Since the BIOS updates for O7020 and E6440 platforms are updated on June1 so the catalog which will be posting on 6/23 to ftp.dell.com will carry the latest version of BIOS updates.
Opt 7020 platform will carry BIOS version as A05
E6440 platform will carry BIOS version as A12

The BIOS update is now downloading from your FTP site, however, it is failing to install. This is the error from the logs:

Still seeing this error about invalid digital signatures when trying to use the Dell Command Update tool to get BIOS updates for the 7020 series.
