BitLocker on Latitude E5270 tip

We have to BitLocker all machines that leave the deployment room.  Some E5270s just came in for build and I deployed our image from MDT 2013.  However, at the end of the process when I would BitLocker them, EVERY single boot it wanted the BitLocker key.  I tried multiple things to figure it out, then ended up upgrading to the newest BIOS and viola, it now boots without asking for the BitLocker key every time.  Dell must've fixed something with the firmware that interacts with the TPM chip.

So if you're having an issue with BitLocker being tripped every time, try updating the BIOS.
