CCTK and Optiplex 790 can't set USB not boot option

I can set the option in the bios to disable no boot on usb devices, and then create a package to set the options. However on a new system, this option does not get set.
This is a very important setting for our desktops, so help would be appreciated.

thanks

So only the 790 is unable to diable the boot from USB devices, but other desktops can?

I haven't tried other units yet with the CCTK as i used to use the client configuration utility, which i actually prefer, and not sure why this has been dropped?

From the dev team:

1. Flash latest  BIOS.

2. .Install latest CCTK 2.1.1.

3. .Open Dell Configuration tool in GUI.

4. .While generating SCE  check the apply settings as USBEMU enabled and uncheck USBEMUNOUSBBOOT option.

5. Export configuration.exe and apply SCE
