There were a few limited instances where a token was available in a given BIOS, but was not supported as a specific item in CCTK so the --tokens switch had to be used. We've worked very hard to ensure that the "--token=" workaround is not required to support the BIOS items on current systems.
Given that goal, we do not plan to release a list of raw tokens as they should all be available in the CCTK GUI as defined items.
