Dell custom catalog for SCUP- client errors

We are using SCCM R2 SP2 to patch our clients. I recently imported the Dell custom catalog and synched patches with our repository. Clients have Windows Update Agent version 7.4.7600.226.

Now, if I go into the WINDOWSUPDATE.LOG on my clients I see hundreds of warnings. All the update IDs correspond with Dell updates. Here is an example of the warnings I'm seeing:

WARNING: Failed to evaluate Installed rule, updateId = {87E7F400-49AD-4467-B75A-6201018ACBD1}.1, hr = 8004100E
WARNING: Failed to evaluate Installable rule, updateId = {87E7F400-49AD-4467-B75A-6201018ACBD1}.1, hr = 8004100E

How can I get rid of these errors?

Thanks for any suggestions.

It just occured to me why i am probably getting these too. the VM server im getting them on doesnt have the Dell Client utility so it wouldnt have the Dell_OEMComputerSystem WMI entries.

Can dell maybe change the Installed/Installable rules in their catalog to account for this

I just started noticing the same thing.  I too imported the Dell catalog and published everything to wsus as metadata only in the hopes that sccm would be able to tell me what was actually needed but again i see hundreds of these errors

2016-05-06 12:18:17:218 4680 528 Agent WARNING: Failed to evaluate Installed rule, updateId = { {DFA8F177-996B-4747-BE72-A14358F89C68}.1}, hr = 8004100E

Did anyone ever find a solution to this?  Im running System Center Configuration Manager 1602 and Updates Publisher 2011
