Help getting BIOS app to run through SCCM

Question

I'm trying to run a BIOS update, created with the DELL BIOS Toolkit, to enable wireless detect, so when a laptop is connected via LAN cable  it doesn't use wireless and vise versa. When I run the BIOS Executable with my ID it works, but from SCCM I get an error. Dell Command configure requires administrator rights to run as it will modify the BIOS. Can you please check the same? Also, may I know if there is any encryption software present in the system?

McAfee Endpoint Encryption for PC is loaded on our machines.  The bios update executable does execute successfully under a local admin account.  Failure only occurs via SCCM.
