does the smsts.log provide any insight into what is causing the TS to reboot?

"does the smsts.log provide any insight into what is causing the TS to reboot?"
Was able to image the machine using the option "Create Task Sequence Media" and creating a stand alone DVD. The task sequence completed normally using the DVD option, so I am not totally hosed. But I would like to look into a solution on using the network OSD.

So I went and cleaned up any instance of machines in SCCM and AD, and started all over again using the same task sequence, with the same driver packages. Once again, it PXE and fails when loading WinPE after the loading network settings.

I was able to pull the SMSTS logs and noticed this in the log.

Now I was thrown into SCCM with little to no training, and I am trying to make things work, but I am not great at the logs. Doing my handy dandy google search there are talks that the error may be an issue with the network card drivers. Could someone confirm?

Was able to get an OSD across the network. It seemed somehow my PXE boot image corrupted (would not let me view drivers) and that was causing the PXE boot issues. I updated the Boot image with the DELL PXE boot cab file, and everything seems to work. Only big issue I am running into is issues with video drivers not installing. After OSDing I am not able to install the Nvidia drivers. It acts like everything is installed but upon reboot, it acts like nothing was installed, defaulting to the default display adapter.
