Dell Command Update Failing To Download
The Dell Command Update does not seem to be working (version 2.3.x or 2.4x) on several models in our fleet. It will detect updates, but fail to download or install them. I've tried the new 3.0 version and it failed as well.The models I have experienced problems on so far are 7490/7480/7470. I did have sucess updating an older 7440. All systems are running Win 10 1803. After running the DCU check several times in a row it will occasionally install a driver, but not all of them. I cant find anything online regarding a known issue or any eta on a fix so any information on this or potential fixes is appreciated.
Error I'm receiving - "No Updates Downloaded Successfully"
In the DCU Activity log I see "The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway // Error code: 5

I am receiving this error as well, along with every client at our org using command update.

I've seen several posts with this issue, yet no response. Does anyone have a solution? We're using this with our Windows 10 deployment, and it's becoming problematic.
