If you have a valid partner access to support.emc site, you can search the KB article number in the search EMC support tab itself. It will lead to the original primus article.
So, basically when people are telling me to go to knowledgebase or primus I have to tell them that I cannot and they need to tell me the details off the solution rather than point me to a document?
Currently I also have only customer access to support site. But still I am able to access the primus document just by searching the Primus/KB article number in support site. Please try it once.
If you don't know the exact primus number, just try to search the error code or exact issue in the search field. It will lead you to the primus.

Ok, we are a customer but not a partner.
