RSS Feed for Support Forum

Question

To facilitate faster response times and easier monitoring by the community, I suggest offering an RSS feed of the support forum. New items would pop up in my Google side-bar (no advertising fee was paid by Google for this blatant promotion . The amount of email I got when subscibing to posts was just too much. The RSS feed should only include newly posted topics and not responses.

We are working on an upgrade to the fourms to be done this quarter. As part of this upgrade we are looking to implement RSS.Dianna

Dianna, glad to hear about the forum upgrade this quarter.
If the upgrade is to Jive version 4, i understand there are many new features such as poll requests, view count of posts, file attachments, RSS etc..that would help us.

Would you know what all enhancements we'd receive as part of the upgrade.

Sorry, I see it is already there. Looks like it has been dead for a while, hopefully it will kick up again soon.
