I have EMC Nas box , one gate way two expansions module , in gate way we have  two  servers  name as  SERVER 2 and SERVER 3 , Now i get the warnning in sysytem info   boot_level=o (server 3)  . how  to resolve the issue , when see the log check the  146016 article. But i didn't get from emc site.

This solution emc146016 is a visible , approved  customer viewable solution. On Powerlink, go to Support > Search Support. Enter emc146016.

You should see the solution there.

Do you have a Powerlink Account? If you do & search is not working for you'll need to contact Support@emc.com. There should be no issue with search.But as far as I am aware Search Support should be working and solution emc146016 should be visible to you.
