Hello Robert,
The GUI is a Java applet that's downloaded from the group itself. There's no external application, it's updated via the array firmware itself.

This gives you the web page of choice to start Java as application or Java in web browser window !

Hello,
Just to be clear. If you are using the Dedicated Management Feature then yes you use the Management IP address to access the GUI.
If you have not enabled and configured that feature you would use the iSCSI Discovery Address as the Management IP address as well.
Using the out-of-band management is not required.
