Email Home Setting PS Series
Hi,
Can onyone tell me the email address i need to add to the email home setting on my group configuration, have trawled the internet but can find anyting.

As I understand you should fill in your e-mail adres on which you want to receive a copy. The actual "home" e-mail address is hardcoded into the software.

That's correct, you put in the E-mail address that will be used to send replies to and will be part of the case that's created.
