Hello,

The only thing that comes to mind is a volume or volumes that are no longer available.  Like a snapshot or deleted volume without first disconnecting the volumes.

If you have support I would open a support case.  They can either remote in, or review the logs for more info.

I would also check the Windows Events and array events logs for any errors.

 Regards,

Don

Hello,

As long as you have good connections to all your volumes in-use you should have no issue with a firmware upgrade.  I would check that that all your data volumes are connected OK.

What problems it may cause? For Example: Will it cause any problem the process of upgrading firmware?

Thanks
